🔥 “We Shall Just Add a Stamp”: Bumityero Rallies Behind Khalayi Peace as New Energy for Namisindwa 🔥

Bumityero Sub-County was on its feet as Hon. Khalayi Peace took her Parish-to-Parish campaign trail to the area, igniting excitement and renewed hope among residents as she seeks the mandate to represent Namisindwa District as Woman Member of Parliament.

Moving from parish to parish, Hon. Khalayi Peace received an overwhelming welcome from enthusiastic residents who openly pledged their support ahead of the general elections. In a show of confidence and trust, locals declared, “We shall just add a stamp because we already voted for you in the primaries,” signaling strong grassroots backing for her candidature.

Through their coordinators, the people of Bumityero candidly shared their most pressing challenges. Key among them were poor road networks, which have made transportation difficult, inadequate health facilities—especially affecting women during childbirth—and lack of electricity, which continues to limit business growth, particularly in the evening hours. Residents appealed to Hon. Khalayi Peace to intervene, proposing solutions such as the introduction of solar power to boost household income and small-scale enterprises.

Responding to the concerns, Hon. Khalayi Peace thanked the people for the trust and support that enabled her to emerge victorious among six candidates during the primaries. She emphasized that winning the flag was only the first step, noting that the real task lies ahead.

“We must carry this flag together all the way to Parliament so that it can yield fruits for the people of Namisindwa,” she said.

She also took time to dismiss what she described as baseless allegations from opponents, who have questioned her age. Hon. Khalayi Peace challenged them to focus on addressing the real issues affecting the people rather than engaging in personal attacks.

Reaffirming her commitment, she pledged to work tirelessly for the people of Namisindwa, promising service-driven leadership anchored in performance and results. She expressed confidence that her dedication would open the door for future terms based on merit and tangible achievements.

As she concluded her address, She urged residents to stand with her on 15th January, calling on them to choose active and servant leadership. She described herself as “the new energy on the block,” determined to ensure that Namisindwa secures a committed representative who will not disappear from the people after elections.

With momentum building in Bumityero, Hon. Khalayi Peace’s campaign continues to resonate with voters seeking practical solutions, youthful energy, and accountable leadership for Namisindwa
