With just six days to polling day, Bubutu Town Council stood still as Hon. Khalayi Peace stormed the area with a message voters could feel and believe. From Bamalanga, Bushuma, Buwandyambi to Bumandali, the campaign swept through every corner of Bubutu, uniting residents around hope, action and accountable leadership.

She was overwhelmingly received at the Town Council, where local leaders openly endorsed her bid, declaring their full support for leadership that listens and delivers. Through their coordinators, residents spoke clearly—poor roads, lack of electricity and water scarcity—and Khalayi Peace listened with resolve.

Flanked by Mayor Hon. Wayira Moses Mutambo, who pledged to mobilise votes for her, and Town Council Chairperson Mr. Khissa Micheal, who rallied voters to back party flag bearers, the message was unmistakable: Bubutu is ready for change.
District Youth Chairperson Dr. Wanyama Emma echoed the call, urging voters to choose new energy over outdated leadership, promising equal service for all.

In her address, Hon. Khalayi Peace thanked voters for trusting her in the primaries and laid out a bold plan—establishing SACCOs in every parish to fight poverty, and decisively tackling the community’s priority needs. She ended with a confident call: vote on 15th January, then celebrate a new beginning.

The people responded with one voice—they see results ahead, not promises behind. Bubutu has spoken, and the momentum is clear: Khalayi Peace represents renewal, fairness and a future restored.
