ONC’s Hajjat Namyalo Extends love to kawaala muslims community at Albaan Islamic P/S with eid package

The Office of the National Chairman (ONC) Manager and Senior Presidential Advisor on Political Affairs, Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo Uzeiye, has donated food items and a bull to the Muslim community at Al Albaan Islamic Primary School, Masjid Noor in Kawaala, ahead of the forthcoming Eid Al Adha celebrations.

The donation, which was received by a section of Muslim women, is aimed at supporting vulnerable families as Muslims prepare to mark one of the most significant celebrations on the Islamic calendar.

Women at the mosque welcomed the donation with excitement and thanked Hajjat Namyalo for her continued concern for Muslim communities and ordinary Ugandans.

While handing over the items, Hajjat Namyalo clarified that the donation had been provided by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni through the Office of the National Chairman, noting that she was only delivering the President’s message of support to the people.

“This support is from President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. People should know that the President is always thinking about wananchi and standing with them during such important occasions. For me, I am only delivering his message and support to the people,” Hajjat Namyalo said.

She appealed to Muslim men and families to maintain discipline, unity and love during the Eid festivities, urging them to use the celebration as a moment to strengthen family and community bonds.

Hajjat Namyalo also revealed that after the Eid celebrations, the Office of the National Chairman would resume its countrywide empowerment programmes targeting women, youth and other vulnerable groups.

“Immediately after Eid, we shall resume our empowerment programmes across the country because the President wants Ugandans, especially the youth and women, to improve their livelihoods and fight poverty at household level,” she said.

Addressing journalists on behalf of the women at Masjid Noor, Hajjat Mariam Bashir thanked President Museveni for continuously remembering Muslim communities, especially women, during difficult economic times and religious celebrations.

“We thank President Museveni for always thinking about women and supporting Muslim communities. Such support gives hope to many families preparing for Eid,” Hajjat Bashir said.

She also commended Hajjat Namyalo for her consistent outreach programmes and empowerment initiatives, saying many women and local residents had benefited from her mobilisation and support activities.

“Hajjat Namyalo has always stood with ordinary people. She supports women, empowers youth and continues to reach out to communities without discrimination,” she added.

The donation drive is part of ONC’s ongoing community outreach programmes being conducted in different parts of the country under President Museveni’s wealth creation and empowerment campaign.
